Ingredients
- 2 Apples cut into chunks
- 5 bananas, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups dates chopped
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 5 cups spelt flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp bicarb soda
- 350ml filtered water
Method
Mix the dry ingredients together, add mixed fruits, nuts, honey and water. Mix together but keep the mixture light – do not overmix. Spoon tablespoon amounts into muffin tray lined with baking paper.
Bake at 180OC for 15 minutes.
