Ingredients
- 2 large avocados chopped
- 1 small tomato – deseeded and chopped finely
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 2 tbsp of lime juice
Method
Place the avocado in a bowl and mash with a fork until the avocado becomes slightly smooth. Add tomato, garlic and lime, then stir to combine.
