Appointment Policy
An appointment is a pre-scheduled time for you to receive one-on-one naturopathic guidance and expertise. During this “time”, you will receive the practitioner’s complete attention and focus on you and your specific needs.
Once you have a scheduled appointment, you are responsible for that “appointment” time OR for notifying us of your cancellation 24 hours in advance. If you find you need to cancel your appointment and have done so prior to 24hours before your appointment, then no cancellation fee will be charged. However, failing to notify us 24 hours prior or failing to attend can result in a cancellation charge. I ask that you understand that these appointments involve my time and business. Notifying us of a cancellation 24hours before your appointment means that we can fill your time with someone from the waiting list.
Emergencies and sudden illness do occur. If either of these situations arises, please contact us as soon as possible about your appointment. We trust you not to abuse this, and it is not for anxieties or other emotional distresses.
