Gall Stones

Are hard small deposits forming in the gall-bladder, these deposits can be small like sand or larger like a lime. Symptoms can include: sharp stabbing pain in the upper right abdomen that can spread to the shoulder or the back, fever, nausea and vomiting, pale stool and yellowing of the whites of the eyes. Treatment is usually through surgery, medication or lithotripsy after diagnosis. Prevention can be promoted through correct nutrition and reduction of liver toxicity.
