- Steamed chicken breast (200 g),finely sliced
- 2 cups finely chopped cabbage,
- 1 finely chopped red onion,
- Grated carrot
- 1/4cup chopped parsley, chives
- 2 tablespoons crushed walnuts (optional)
- 2 tablespoons soy mayonnaise
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix thoroughly and serve. Can be used as part of a lunch.
